About Redesign

What is a redesign?

Redesign is a new, non-traditional approach to interior design. A redesign is an affordable way to achieve a comfortable and inviting look for your home or office. You don't buy anything new. Your belongings are not judged. You won't be sold anything!

W.O.W. RedesignsWho needs a redesign?

  • People who are selling their home
  • People who long to arrange their homes the way they want them to look and feel.
  • Home owners and long term renters.
  • People considering new furniture purchases
  • “Empty Nesters” who want to reclaim and rearrange their space.
  • Widows or widowers ready for a new look in the home they once shared with their loved one.
  • Young home owners who have inherited furniture/artwork from parents and grandparents.
  • People who are moving.

How does it work?

Alison meets with you to discuss which rooms you are considering for a redesign. She tours your home with you to determine the scope of the work. During this consultation, the cost of the redesign is established and a date for the job is booked. At this time you will be asked if you are considering painting the rooms. Have a colour consultation, feng shui application for improving energy flow in your home or discuss lighting solutions with Alison.

Home for Sale Redesign!

Unlike a redesign for living in the home, a home for sale makeover consists of a de-personalizing, de-cluttering process to enhance the features of the house. Real estate agents encourage home sellers to seriously consider this to get the best price for your house. Both the exterior and interior of the house are taken into consideration.

Cost for a home for sale makeover is determined by the size of the house, number of rooms and extent of work to be done. Cleaning, painting, maintenance repairs are extra.
