Exterior- Wash all the windows. Clean and repair gutters, siding, roof

Remove and pack up excessive decorations, family photos, knick knacks
Store any furniture you don’t use to make the home seem brighter and bigger. Put away unnecessary appliances in the kitchen and keep counters clean and bare
4. IF IT’S BROKE – FIX IT!
Does everything work properly? Faucets, light fixtures- put maximum wattage bulbs in to create a brighter space. Fix noisy air-conditioners and furnaces, squeaky doors and windows, broken windows
